Terms and Conditions

General Information

“Book a DJ Studio” is a service offered by PWRPLY & DAN PAGA, dedicated to DJs who want to practice, record promo sets, or do livestreaming. The booth is professionally equipped to provide users with an optimal experience.

Booking Sessions

  • Sessions can be booked for free through our online platform.

  • Each user may book one session per day and up to 4 sessions per month (one per week).

  • Bookings are made based on available time slots.

Service Usage Conditions

  • Users must comply with DAN PAGA rules and policies regarding the use of equipment.

  • Users are responsible for the equipment during their session.

  • In case of damage, users will be held accountable for the repair or replacement costs.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • The organizers reserve the right to cancel sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. Users will be informed in due time.

Privacy and Data Protection

  • DAN PAGA is committed to protecting the privacy and security of users’ personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

  • DAN PAGA reserves the right to update these terms and conditions, with prior notice via the website. Changes take effect upon publication.

Rules and Guidelines for “Book a DJ Studio”

To ensure everything runs smoothly, here’s what you need to know before your session.

Your Time in the DJ Booth – Quick Guide

Mixing can be immersive and time flies quickly, but to give everyone a chance, sessions are limited to 60 minutes. Set an alarm and plan a strong closing – your mix will sound better and the next DJ will appreciate it.

Be punctual! Traffic can be unpredictable, so please arrive 10–15 minutes early to make the most of your time.

What’s in the DJ Booth:

  • 2 x Media Players

  • 1 x DJ Mixer

  • 2 x Speakers + Subwoofer

  • 1 x Recorder, 3 Cameras, 2 Lights

The setup is fixed and cannot be rearranged. If your mix requires additional gear (laptop, USB sticks, headphones, vinyl, etc.), bring it with you.

Recommended Preparation:

  • Scan your tracks in Rekordbox, build a playlist, and export it to a USB or SD card (max. 32 GB).

  • Watch tutorials to get familiar with the gear.

  • Control the audio levels – avoid exceeding 0 dB to prevent distortion.

Basic Rules:

  • Max 2 people (DJ + 1 guest) allowed in the booth at once.

  • No drinks allowed inside – keep them in the café or on the table at the booth entrance.

  • Vinyl records in the booth are not for use – feel free to bring your own.

Mix Recording:

If you booked a recording slot, ensure the recorder is in REC mode and note the recording number. Send us an email with this info and we’ll reply with a link to your recording (downloads are processed periodically).

At arrival and departure, please check in with a DAN PAGA representative in the showroom. If anything goes wrong during your session, notify us right away so we can fix it quickly.
